C E L E B R A T I O N

I think you wanna' come over, yeah I heard it through the grapevine.
Are you drunk or you sober? Think about it, doesn't matter
and if it makes you feel good then I say do it,
I don't know what you're waiting for

Feel my temperature rising
There's too much heat I'm gonna' lose control
Do you want to go higher, get closer to the fire,
I don't know what you're waiting for

Come join the party, yeah
Coz' everybody just won't do.
Let's get this started, yeah
Coz' everybody wants to party with you.

Boy you got a reputation, but you're gonna' have to prove it
I see a little hesitation,
Am I gonna' have to show you that if it feels right, get on your marks
Step to the beat boy that's what it's for

Put your arms around me
When it gets too hot we can go outside
But for now just come here, let me whisper in your ear
An invitation to the dance tonight

Come join the party, it's a celebration
Anybody just won't do
Let's get this started, no more hesitation
Coz' everybody wants to party with you

Haven't I seen you somewhere before?
You look familiar…
You wanna' dance? …Yeah.
I guess I just don't recognize you with your cloths on… (laughs)
What are you waiting for?

Come join the party, it's a celebration
Anybody just won't do
Let's get this started, no more hesitation
Coz' everybody wants to party with you X 2

Boy you've got it, it's a celebration
Coz' anybody just won't do
Let's get it started, no more hesitation
Coz' everybody wants to party with you

Boy you've got it
Coz' anybody just won't do
Let's get it started, no more hesitation
Coz' everybody wants to party with you

  Celebration Video Premiere

Madonna’s hotly anticipated new video for her "Celebration" single will have its exclusive world premiere on the iTunes store as a free download for two days beginning Tuesday, September 1, 2009, Warner Bros. Records announced today.

Madonna is a multi-award winning visionary in the realm of video performance. The "Celebration" video, which contains mind-boggling dance moves, reaffirms yet again her reputation as the master of the "short movie." The video will be available for purchase on iTunes on Thursday, September 3rd.

The "Celebration" video, directed by long time Madonna creative collaborator Jonas Akerlund was filmed recently in Milan, Italy and features the Material Girl dancing with her amazing troupe of performers from her current "Sticky & Sweet" Tour. The video also includes cameo appearances by Madonna's daughter, Lola Leon and model/DJ Jesus Luz.

Simultaneous to the video debut, Madonna's definitive greatest hits album, "Celebration" which has been totally remastered and includes two new songs, can be pre-ordered on iTunes.

  S&S Surprise 4 Israel

A press conference was held today next to Madonna's stage in Tel Aviv. Nothing terribly interesting was talked about, though this time Chris Lamb, the show's producer warner the press to "expect surprises on Wednesday" but would not give any more details.

  Mo friends in Tel Aviv

Pop star Madonna and family landed in Israel Sunday for two tour-closing sellout concerts in Tel Aviv the final stop on her global Sticky and Sweet tour. The 51-year-old queen of pop’s private jet touched down at Israel’s Ben Gurion airport and she was then whisked to her beachfront hotel in Tel Aviv in a fleet of identical cars, an attempt to throw the pack of waiting paparazzi off the trail.Late Sunday she and her 22-year-old boyfriend, Jesus Luz, visited Jewish holy sites in Jerusalem, including a complex of tunnels beneath the famous Wailing Wall. Security at the site was tight and waiting photographers and camera crews could only catch fleeting glimpses of the star.Madonna is a devotee of the Kabbalah, the mystical Jewish discipline, and she has been to Israel before on a spiritual pilgrimage. She has adopted the name of Esther as a sign of her commitment to Kabbalah. Before her first concert Tuesday night in Tel Aviv’s Hayarkon Park, she and a number of her Hollywood friends and fellow Kabbalists including Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher will reportedly visit the gravesites of famous Jewish rabbis.Another Kabbalah-related friend, singer Justin Timberlake is also expected in Israel to attend Madonna’s concert and events at a Kabbalah center. One Israeli paper reported Monday that Madonna even insisted work on her huge stage should be suspended on Saturday for fear of desecrating the Jewish Sabbath. She is also scheduled to meet with Israeli political leaders including Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and leader of the opposition Tzipi Livni .Because of its recent history of violence and the ongoing conflict with the Palestinians many headline music acts and performers have stopped coming to Israel in recent years. There has been enormous interest in Madonna’s visit as a result, with VIP tickets selling for $700 each. Fifty-thousand fans are expected to attend each performance.

  Mo in the Holy Land

The Material Girl has opened a visit to the Holy Land with a spiritual touch. Madonna headed to Jerusalem’s Old City late Sunday where she toured an ancient tunnel near the Western Wall — the holiest site where Jews can pray.

The pop star arrived in a black Mercedes van and was escorted into the tunnel by police. She made no comment to reporters and was whisked away about a half hour later.Madonna isn’t Jewish, but she’s a follower of Jewish mysticism and has even taken the Hebrew name Esther. She arrived early Sunday for a pair of concerts this week. It will be her first performance in Israel since 1993, though she came on private pilgrimages in 2004 and 2007.Madonna is also set to meet Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Friday.

  S&S Rocks Sofia!

US pop star Madonna rocked the Bulgarian capital Sofia Saturday night from 10 pm until 12 am in her first ever concert in Bulgaria. Some 60 000 fans filled the Vasil Levski Stadium in downtown Sofia in what is the largest musical event of its kind to ever take place on Bulgarian soil.

The concert started shortly after 8 pm and the crowd was warmed up with various disco beats and mixes for about an hour.Instead at 9 pm as advertised earlier, Madonna appeared on stage at about 9:55 pm. In the one hour before that the eager fans entertained themselves with more than 150 audience (Mexican) waves.Madonna's amazing show that the 60 000 Bulgarians and foreigners saw in Sofia featured a look-alike of Michael Jackson, performing the famous moon walk. The King of Pop who died at the end of June 2009, would have celebrated Saturday, August 29, 2009, his 51st birthday. In addition to her to top hits, Madonna's concert also included messages for religious tolerance and civic activism - something to which the Sofia audience responded with great cheers and enthusiasm. One of the more provocative moments of the concert was when Madonna French kissed another woman - one of the dance performers on the stage.Despite the concert's truly exciting atmosphere the audience failed to summon Madonna for any curtain calls after the huge screens on the 85-meter long, 40-meter high stage said "Game Over".A total of 450 security personnel - the largest such number ever employed in Bulgaria for a single event - were in charge of keeping Madonna's concert in Sofia in order; police were largely not visible until the very end of the show when they helped regulated the exits and the routes to the closest public transport and subway stations. No accidents have been reported during the concert. It is still unclear whether Madonna will spend the night in Bulgaria, or would fly away after the concert.

  S&S Sofia tonight!

A total of sixty thousand Bulgarians and foreigners are reportedly eagerly awaiting Madonna concert in Sofia's stadium on Saturday night, which has been described as the largest gig ever organized here. Eight bodyguards and a team of 250 people will take care of the security and performance of the pop star Madonna while she is in Bulgaria.Sofia will see the biggest stage that has ever come to Bulgaria (85 meters in length, 40 meters in hight). There will be more than 2 kilometers of fences in and outside of the Bulgaria's National Stadium "Vasil Levski".The gig of pop star Madonna in the Bulgarian capital will bring traffic in downtown Sofia to a standstill with all major boulevards near the stadium to host it being closed.Cars are already prohibited from parking in the alleys along Sector G at Vassil Levski stadium, while on Thursday the ban will be imposed near the parking lots in sectors B and V near the bridge of the sports facility. On the day of the concert, August 29, parking will be prohibited on the Gurko street in the section between the Evlogi Georgiev and Vassil Levski boulevards.Evlogi Georgiev boulevard and Gurko Street will be banned for cars and buses. The route of a number of buses will be changed due to reorganization of the traffic.Madonna's concert in Bulgaria coincides with Michael Jackson's birthday, August 29, and local media reports have said that the pop singer is going to honor him with the appearance on stage of a look-alike who would imitate closely Jacko's choreography and the world famous moon walk. The organizers from Sofia Music Enterprises, however, were not aware of a special part of Madonna's show in Sofia that would honor Jacko, who died at the end of June, two months before he could turn 51.Meanwhile the Orthodox Church blasted Madonna concert in Sofia, accusing the 51-year old pop singer of showing disrespect to Christianity and has urged Bulgarians to stay away from the show.According to the church in some of her choreography and stage scenarios, this singer sends impressive messages which, however, run contrary to Christian morality. It also deplored the fact that Aug. 29 is a day of lent for Orthodox Christians marking the beheading of John the Baptist, the biblical preacher who baptised Jesus Christ and an important figure in the Orthodox faith.

  Mo about Bucharest

A Russian trio performing Gypsy music with Madonna on her worldwide “Sticky and Sweet” tour says it regrets the pop star was booed during her Bucharest concert for criticizing widespread discrimination against Gypsies.Thousands of people applauded the trio’s performance with Madonna in Bucharest on Wednesday night. But minutes later they booed Madonna when she said discrimination should end against East Europe’s Gypsies, also known as Roma.In Bucharest on Friday, the Kolpakov Trio said it believes it is the only time the tour has been booed, but declined to say if Madonna had commented about Gypsies at other concerts.

Band member Vadim Kolpakov said “Madonna was surprised” by the booing. Madonna has said she was “compelled” to comment on the discrimination of Romany Gypsies while on stage in Romania, despite being booed by fans. The 51-year-old was jeered by the audience in Bucharest after saying the discrimination “made me feel very sad”.Publicist Liz Rosenberg said Madonna made the comments after being made aware of the prejudice towards Romany people in eastern Europe. The star uses a group of Roma musicians on her Sticky and Sweet tour.Madonna paused during her two-hour show to say: “It has been brought to my attention, that there is a lot of discrimination against Romanies and Gypsies in general in Eastern Europe – it made me feel very sad.”“We don’t believe in discrimination, we believe in freedom and equal rights for everyone.” The star then received more boos when she mentioned prejudice against homosexuals and others.Rosenberg said Madonna had told her there were cheers as well as jeers from the 60,000-strong crowd.“Madonna has been touring with a phenomenal troupe of Roma musicians who made her aware of the discrimination toward them in several countries so she felt compelled to make a brief statement,” she added.Concert goer Ionut Dinu, 23, said: “I jeered her because it seemed false what she was telling us. What business does she have telling us these things?”Romania has the largest number of Roma in eastern Europe.Nearly half of Europe’s estimated 12 million Roma claimed to have suffered an act of discrimination over the past 12 months, according to a recent report by the EU Fundamental Rights Agency. The agency says Roma face “overt discrimination” in housing, health care and education.

Madonna has hired more than 400 specially trained personal bodyguards after receiving death threats according to media in Serbia and Romania.

The start arrived at the concert in Serbia in disguise just three hours before the concert after rescheduling to minimise her stay in the country because of the threats -- according to local media. She also cancelled plans to stay a local hotel and left Belgrade right after the concert.

Local newspaper "Press" said Madonna had arrived on a flight from Budapest three hours before the Belgrade show and had been " disguised so that she would not be recognised."

It added that Madonna had supposed to arrive a day earlier but then she had been told it was not safe and had changed her plans to make a visit there as short as possible.

In Bucharest in Romania local media said that the nervous star had engaged 400 specially trained bodyguards to protect her after her arrival and before the concert.

1,300 policemen were on duty when the concert took place in Parcul Izvor, near the Parliament building.

Madonna's request for specially trained security guards follows on from an earlier demands that the ceilings of the backstage rooms be covered with white silk and be filled with 500 white and red roses prior to her performance in Bucharest.

The diva's 34 close staffers include two personal fitness coaches, a therapist, an interior decorator and an Italian chef. The star has asked for a massage room, a hydro-massage shower stall and a gym. All fitness equipment and interior-decoration items are being sent to Bucharest.

  Mo on Fashion Week?

Christian Audigier, the famous French designer, returned to Paris from Los Angeles, planning for a fashion show which will be held on the October Paris Fashion Week. There is no need to emphasize that he is welcomed by most Hollywood popular stars since many of them are found wearing Ed hardy t-shirts, a brand famous for the special patterns designed by him when doing shopping. Besides, he also keeps a close relationship with most of the stars, such as Madonna who was even invited in May to design for Ed hardy.

1

As what was said, Christian Audigier paid over $100,000 for this corporation with Madonna. And he even specially held a small fashion show in order to inspire her. Last year, he still make an agreement with the man who died a few days ago, Michael Jackson the King of Pop, for the introduction of the clothing brand with same name. But now this would be the greatest pity in the fashion circle with the death of Michael Jackson. Recently, when Christian Audigier promoted his wine brand in London, he said that some most popular stars would show in his fashion show on October. He declined to tell who would come, but it is commonly expected that Madonna may come up in the show. Furthermore, Christian Audigier even chose the singer Christian Audigier as the new spokesperson of Ed hardy clothing. Therefore, just look forward to this spectacular fashion show with our heartful wishes.
